Lincoln Park Businesses, Children’s Museum team up for Spooktacular Fun

Lincoln Park is getting ready for Halloween fun for kids this Saturday. The Lincoln Park Business Group will host free trick or treating at businesses along Superior Street between 21st Ave. W. and 18th Ave. W. from 2pm-3pm on October 30th.

Families are encouraged to park in the Duluth Children’s Museum lot and join in on the annual Spooktacular Halloween Party from 2pm – 6pm after trick or treating. The Spooktacular party includes spooky science activities, dance party, treat bag, and fun throughout the museum. Tickets are $5 for Duluth Children’s Museum members or $10 for nonmembers.

“There are so many fun things happening in Lincoln Park around Halloween this year and we’re excited to hold our Spooktacular party at our new location right in the middle of it,” said Cameron Kruger, President/CEO of the Duluth Children’s Museum and Lincoln Park Business Group Board Member.

The children’s museum reopened in August at its new location at 2125 West Superior Street with new experiences for children and families. Capital fundraising is currently underway to construct an elevator, which will allow the museum to expand its exhibit space.
